Installation instruction for CiviMail on WordPress

I'm setting up Civimail on a wordpress install.

I've read and re-read the instructions on:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/CiviMail+Installation

It's very Drupal-centric - notably around the setting up a user with specific permissions. I *assume* that creating a WP user with the level of administrator would be the correct equivalent. Is this assumption correct?

Also, it talks about "sitekey" - but I can't seem to find information anywhere about what that is. I'm at a loss. Pointers to the correct help page would be greatly appreciated.

i've tweaked the document to eliminate the places where it said drupal and replace it with CMS (since all 3 support permissioning now, its applicable for all platforms)

your sitekey should be in your civicrm.settings.php file
