Users can not "Opt Out"
November 20, 2013, 02:40:22 pm
Almost everything seems to be running perfectly with my civiCRM Wordpress install... However, users can not use the opt out link. When clicked they get the following message:

Code: [Select]
Warning: require_once(CRM/Core/BAO/UFMatch.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /[...]/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm.php on line 458

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'CRM/Core/BAO/UFMatch.php' (include_path='.') in /[...]/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm.php on line 458

"UFMatch.php" and "civicrm.php" both exist and the permissions on both are 755.

Any thoughts?

might want to fill up your forum profile and add your CMS / version and Civi version

i also just did a quick test on my local install with Civi v4.4.x and WP 3.7 and it worked

I have not filled out my profile as it changes depending on what client I am working with  :)

Anyway, in answer to your question... this particular setup is on Wordpress 3.7.1 and civiCRM 4.4.1.

I have this same setup on a different client and theirs is working perfectly. The only difference between the two setups is the wordpress theme. However, I have tried changing the theme on the problem site and still having the same issue.

Thoughts?

I am still really struggling string to figure this out. Any suggestions for a new route to find an answer to this problem (i.e. hiring someone to solve this)?
