no options out of the box, but a few thoughts. I think this is a lot more relevant for events than contribution pages, but both satisfy the same need:

a. Add ACL support for contribution page (already present for events)

b. You can potentially do this in the config hook and check for page / user level and redirect them to a login page if needed

c. Extend event/contribution pages, so they can be associated with a role and/or permission, similar to what we do in CiviReports. This would be my vote to implement, since it exposes the functionality / permissioning in a much easier manner
