Calculate Tax for price

Hi everyone
I would like to have the possibility to calculate Tax for certain prices set.
I looked on both the forum and the wiki, and in particular I would like to get as described in http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=83493410, but I have not figured out if and how to do it.
Sorry but I'm a newbie with CiviCRM...

that was just a specification / proposal. I dont think it was implemented :(

So, is there any other way to add Tax calculation?
