Cron message - what does it mean?

I just had this message from Cron.  It seems to relate to a mailing that went out successfully about 7 hours ago.  Anybody have an idea what it means?

Failed Processing: Re: 24/5 Prayer Week at DCM 3-, Action: r, Job ID: 232, Queue ID: 1904, Hash: 675dbe1f03ef6992. Reason: Queue event could not be found
