View mail tracking history from Member Record

Hi,

I've searched but can't find anyway to view the tracking history information for a particular member, from the member screens.  I can get to the information from the Browse Mailings screen and the reports menu.

I would like to be able to go to a Members Profile, when they call on the phone, and be able to see what email activity that they have had from us.  ie. did we send them an email recently, was it opened, did they click any of the links.

Is that possible?  Did I miss something?

i dont think we have a screen which displays all CiviMail interaction with a particular contact. The Activity History screen does display all the mailings that contact was sent, and you can click on each link to follow the trail

I suspect you'll need to write a custom report for this. You could use the custom search framework for this to display all the mailing activity for the "searched" contact

Thanks Lobo...

Sorry for the Newbie question, but I've cant' find any Activity History screen that has the CiviMail mailings in it, that would do it for me, but I can't find this.   There is an Activity tab, under the contact screen, but it doesnt have the civiMail'ings that I've sent to the contact.   If this was the case, it would solve my problem.

Is there something I'm missing or somewhere else to look?

Check:

http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=105&selectedChild=activity
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=115&selectedChild=activity

and look for activities of Type Email

Note that we only record that we sent them a mailing and dont record things like open / click etc in the activities tab. You'll need to write a custom report if u'd like to see that incorporated
