Builtin payment processor APIs

I know this isn't totally CiviCRM, but I'm sure the research has been done before:

Does Google Checkout offer a simple payment option (without a login)? Does it require a separate merchant account or is it really a one-stop solution? Is this true of the other options with existing CiviContribute modules (Paypal, Authorize.net, etc?)

i'm pretty sure google checkout does not offer a single payment option. paypal standard / auth / paypal pro all offer payment without a login

You'll need a merchant / business account for all the above providers
