Continues/tracker research possible in Civi?
November 26, 2013, 07:18:41 am
We have a post-conference questionnaire that will be used around 70 times during the course of a year by delegates to provide feedback on each event.

The questions asked will remain the same for every survey.

What I need to be able to is run a report every so often that provides me with the average for each question. A typical question might be:

Please rate the quality of the conference materials:

Excellent   |   Very Good   |   Good   |   Poor   |   Very poor

So the report would summaries how many times each option (good/poor etc) within each questionnaire were selected for each question over a period of time (date range to be selectable), thereby giving an average metric, eg "Conference materials rated average over the course of (x).

Does this facility already exist on Civi or would I be better off using something like Surveymonkey?

Second question - can I store the responses to each individual survey against the delegate who submitted them

Final question - is there a way to create a report that lists all respondents who said "Poor" to any particular question(s) in the survey?

Thanks

Hi,

You could use custom fields (eg linked to the participant) and profiles, but as you are in drupal, webform_civicrm might provide a better interface and has more "reports" out of the box for your need.
