Larger export gives strange error message - how should we proceed?
November 26, 2013, 08:43:10 pm
A mid-large export stopps running and gives the attached error message:

Quote
Sorry, but we are not able to provide this at the moment
DB Error: ....

Due to urgency, the export was split up in smaller pieces, which worked for the moment.

But as we are trying to get to the ground of that issue, neither I nor our system admin did not really knew how to proceed: There were no obvious error logs, and no hints that the cpu reached its limits or the vm ran out of memory or so ...

Could anybody give us some advice, where to find error logs that will give more information in such cases?

Thanks!
