Hi,

I have a Civicrm 4.4.2 with Drupal 7. I find that Drupal permssion : "administer tagsets" doesn't give the access to manage the tags unless the role is given "administer civicrm" as well. Is this how it's supposed to work? I thought that "administer tagsets" should enable "manage tags" regardless pemission "administer civicrm." Do you guys have any idea? Thanks
