Test Email goes to the wrong address

My host did my install. I am trying to set up my default email settings and when it sends the test email it goes to our billing dept. email address. How can this be changed?

It sends the email to the contact who is current logged in.  Edit your own contact.

Most hosts don't know much about Civi, and while some are willing to install it few are willing to provide answers about the software and how it works.  For support turn to the Providers page.
