Tag Selection on Form

I have a profile form that i created and i want that form to display name address, etc. as well as two tags that a person can select. Currently it is showing all of the tags available. how do i limit this to only the two tags that i want displayed?

If you are on drupal, you can do it with webform_civicrm.
