Household Export Include Deleted Contacts

I noticed that when I export household contacts that deleted households are included.  Is this how it should work?

Also when using "Display Results As"to search for members of households, the results include individuals who are members of deleted households.  Note: the individual aren't deleted only the households are.  Is this a bug?

I haven't had time to see if deleted individuals or organizations do this also.

1. are deleted contacts included in the search results?  if not, then no, they should not be in the export either.  there is a workaround, to include 'is deleted' as a field and filter the Excel file.  but this does sound like a bug.  Do you know how to reproduce bugs and report them on JIRA?

2. this also sounds like a bug, although the argument could be made that since the household still exists (yet is simply in the trash) that the individual should be included.

!. They are not included in the search results.  I'm using the work around.  I've reported bugs before and I'll report this one.  I need to reproduce it on the demo site and see if it goes beyond households.

2. It could be that the same bug as #1 causes this also.

I reported this bug here: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-13953

I reproduced it on the demo Joomla site.  I also determined that it affects all contact types not just households.
