CiviCRM and Citrix XenApp
December 04, 2013, 08:58:05 am
We have a client that has several CiviCRM (J!2.5  & Civi4.3.5+) projects that all are administered on browsers that are running inside Citrix XenApp, with the web server on an external host. The Civi installation works as expected from outside XenApp, but inside, users are able to complete at most one operation, usually get the qfKey, and then a white screen of death. We're not Citrix people, but are pretty sure there is something in the session management that is preventing client-side cookie or session storage from occurring. They are able to log in to Joomla and work normally without difficulty, so there seems to be something unique about Civi's session management. Any thoughts or pointers on the Citrix config to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
