We have a small number of contacts (staff) who have signatures on their emails within their contact records on CiviCRM. We remember adding them ourselves.

A new member of staff has arrived and needs to add their signature - but the facility to add a signature seems to have disappeared with the last update.

There is a good chance we are missing the obvious!

Can anyone shed light, please.

I have added the signature directly to the database, and having done so there is now a link to show the signature for the email, but still can't edit it.

CiviCRM 4.4.1 with Drupal 7 (latest)

Mystery solved...

The signature editing only happens when you edit the entire record (rather than hovering over a section, say emails, and doing the ajax type of thing)

The theme I have configured doesn't have the edit button to enable the full editing of the record. That fixed all is well.
