Integrate CiviCRM in an existing Joomla Website
December 06, 2013, 01:47:55 am
Hey Folks,

we want to use CiviCRM together with our existing internal website. It is based on Joomla 2.5.

I found some demo-installations of CiviCRM with Drupal where it is possible to integrate the CRM into the website.
Is there a similar way for doing this with Joomla?
The aim is that there is no need to log into the backend.

Yes, you can install CiviCRM on an existing site. See the wiki for how to install.

Would like to add that it is a pretty easy instal on the Joomla side - but once you have installed in Joomla there is still configuration to do (as there is for all platforms)
