Double Optin Implementation
December 08, 2013, 06:08:36 am
I would like to implement a Double Optin  registration process (i.e. 2 steps via a confirmation link in an email)

I thought that it would be native in CiviCRM, but I don't find any related info in the User & Administrator Guide. Did I miss something ?

(For information : my implementation is based upon WordPress)

Thank you for your very quick answer

Do you mean a WP Plugin ? Can you suggest one ?

How does-it plug to CiviCRM then ?

i removed the other topic since it was the same question. In future, please avoid duplicating forum topics

U'll need to search the WP plugin directory for it. I dont know WP well enough to recommend a plugin. You might want to see what WP does out of the box for user registration

Please do spend some time reading the WP docs and the Civi docs

thanx

Thanks again for your quick answer.

OK for the removal (when I posted first, I was not sure wether I needed 1 or 2 topics)

I will follow your suggestion (and may be ask some friends of mine who know WP better than me)
