Notification Message Sent to Honoree

Is it possible to send a notification email to the Honoree of a donation? Honoree in the donation form collects the email address but no message is sent out to that honoree's email address. Where would I like to make this happen.

Not via the UI currently. You can do this via an extendsion and implementing a hook. I suspect u'll need the use the postProcess hook on the confirm page
