I Have seen multiple currency available in civicrm, I want to use multiple currency in a single event registration form but i don't know how ? Any buddy can help...

i dont think it is possible to display multiple currencies on the same event registration form at the same time.

 You can use hooks and display different versions of the form in different currencies. You'll need a fair bit of php/civi knowledge to do so.
