Top administrator drop down menu don't show properly

Hello,

One of the user I support cannot see the administrator drop down menu from CiviCRM.

Website Configuration:
- CiviCRM 4.3.4.
- Drupal 7
- Custom theme based on Omega
- URL: http://www.talltoronto.ca/

User configuration
- Browser: IE9
- OS: Windows 7
- Attached a screenshot from my user.

The user can access the specific pages available under the menu (following direct links I shared by emails), so this is not a security setting things. Using my test user to emulate the same security settings  and emulating Internet Explorer 9 (with IE11), everythings was working fine


Any idea where I should look first?

If the menu fails, it's probably a JS problem. Hard to know what it might be specific to their machine, however. Have them look for a JS error perhaps.

Sorry for the long silence.

It is specific to IE9 on this particular machine (I haven't been able to reproduce it on other machine) and the user confirmed that the menu shows properly using a different browser on the same machine.

If it's a problem specific to one machine, then it's not a CiviCRM issue.
