Individual not showing membership even though related to member organization

An organization is set up as a member and there are 4 individuals related to the organization.  Three of the four are showing as members (which is correct), but the 4th one is not and I'm not sure why or how to fix.

I've attached two screenshots.  The first shows the organization record with Lindsay Baxter listed as a Current Relationship and the second screenshot shows Lindsay's record with no membership listed.

We do have a max number of relationships associated with each level of membership.  At first I thought that was the case, but there are only 4 enabled contacts (1 disabled) with Lindsay's company and the max is 4, so that shouldn't be an issue. 

I'd appreciated any help I can get!

Not sure what's happening. A few things to check:
* Resave the employer relationship for Lindsay and see if the membership gets added.
* Check for "test" memberships that might be being counted erroneously (Find Memberships --> Membership is Test?)
* Try increasing the max count on that organization's membership (edit membership) to 5 and see if that changes things (maybe the disabled employees are being counted erroneously ??)

Thanks for the ideas, Dave.  I completed the first two with no luck.  However, the third one did the trick!  It was only saying 3 out of 4 individuals were related, but once I increased the number, it connected Lindsay to the membership.  Something I'll have to keep in mind for the future.
