Online Contribution - stuck on page 1 - (v4.4.2)
December 16, 2013, 05:19:20 pm
I'm getting some cases where a user making an online contribution gets stuck on Page 1 (they hit Contribute, and rather than going to the Confirm page, the same page is reloaded, but without any details).

I've seen this on Chromium (Version 31.0.1650.63 Ubuntu 13.10 (31.0.1650.63-0ubuntu0.13.10.1~20131204.1)) but not Firefox.

It happens on Chromium with my production server but not my test server.

Any thoughts?

Ken

OK, I cleared the cookies that Chromium was holding for the production server and now it works OK. I thought I'd done that, already. Sorry about the false alarm...

This is now happening for quite a few users in production. I can't ask them all to clear their cookies in their browser. Help!
