i think you will need to give more explanation - eg by setting up an example on the demo page

I want to custom fields multiple Record for membership

but not support for membership. How to do? ???

This will involve a fair bit of custom coding. If you are a experienced developer, you can see how contact does it and replicate the process

however it would also make a great addition to civicrm. Any chance your org / client can sponsor this feature. I suspect its a 50-100 hour project across all objects that support custom groups

we would tend to approach this by using relationships - so set the Committee (B) up as a contact, create the relationships between A and B

that way you can keep a history of Committees someone was on.

may not work for you, but thought i should suggest it in case it helps
