Help text in the Open Case activity

Apologies if I am missing something obvious here...

When creating a case with the Open Case activity, two fields have help text attached to them: Details and Case Type.  In both instances, the help text is completely inappropriate to the way in which we use cases.

Is there a way to change (or at least delete or disable) the help text?  As these are not custom fields I don't see a way of configuring them.

Set yourself up with a custom folder as described here http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Customize+Built-in%2C+Profile%2C+Contribution+and+Event+Registration+Screens
and then the file you want to copy to the folder and customize is templates/CRM/Case/Form/Case.hlp
