I can configure SMTP settings correctly, and I do receive the test e-mail, but not the real CiviCRM e-mail

Is it a problem with smtp server ?

Cannot send e-mails with SMTP. The test SMTP e-mail works

I use dreamhost as the mail server.

It works fine when I send the test e-mail on CiviCRM
It does not work, when I send a real e-mail from CiviCRM

I have checked everything. I can't understand why it does not work.

may be check with your hosting if they have any restrictions ?

Yes, ask your host or try using mail() instead.
