Opens not being tracked

I'm not seeing opens from CiviMail reports - opens reporting is enabled, I believe everything is set correctly, and the transparent
image is apparently supposed to be included in the email. Here it is in the html source of the email:

alt="" border="0" height="1" width="1">

I also try opening the following in a browser
http://www.golf-lmga.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/extern/open.php?q=326
but once again, no change in the report.

Is there some obscure setting I'm missing? This works correctly with other sites I've got with the same hosting provider, CiviHosting.

Any help would be appreciated!
