Mobile optimized event registration pages

Wondering if anyone has examples of event registration pages that are optimized for mobile devices.  I'm thinking it can be accomplished with appropriate CSS and one of the Drupal modules that switches themes based on detected device.

We've been experimenting with Facebook ad campaigns recently, which have been pretty successful.  Not surprisingly, 90% of the click-throughs are from mobile devices though, and I'm thinking the campaigns can be even more successful if our event registration pages are optimized for mobile.

We are using the Adaptive Themes sub-theme Corolla for our page.  Nothing fancy, as it is separate from the rest of our non-drupal website we don't have any developers on site to help us customize it more.

We are also using the ais module to help format inline graphics in the event description itself.  The registration part is not perfect on mobile, but it is definitely sufficient for what we need.

I'm looking for other options if any has other suggestions as well.

Also - We've failed to get the maps to shrink on mobile, but that is just a minor detail for now.
