Batch update by profile problem - not seeing any of the multichoice on profile

Going quietly bonkers here. And now I just thought I would check if it was only that profile i was having probs with but no it seems to be all of them. Issue on our site is that when I select the Profile that I want to use in the Batch Update it opens a page that shows no fields/checkboxes at all.

Stuck - and I know you will need some more info but run out of puff.

Will try on demo.

All works fine on demo - so it is just us :(
and just checked and problem occurs for a brand new created profile.

Peter - Are you saying that setting up the exact same new profile on demo works, but not on your site??

NOpe. I was saying that I thought I should test whether a new profile would work in case something was affecting the old ones. But they are working this morning so either chris fixed something - he says not - or more likely it was a browser caching problem due to running the batch update yesterday when our server was under stress.

All good now.
