CiviMail Usability Improvements

In CiviMail it would helpful to be able to select multiple mailings and then act upon them (archive, delete, etc.).

Another nice feature would be the ability to tag mailings by category and create groups (similar to smart groups).

Either of these improvements would help admins manage large numbers of mailing in a single action.
