When someone sets up a personal campaign page, the system sends an email like this:

Your Personal Campaign Page
Your personal campaign page has been approved and is now live.
Whenever you want to preview, update or promote your page:
1.   Login to your account
2.   Go to your page
When you view your campaign page WHILE LOGGED IN, the page includes links to edit your page, tell friends, and update your contact info.
After logging in, you can use this form to promote your fundraising page

Where is this email located, how do I edit it, and most importantly, where does it get the email address at the end of the email from from?  We would like to change it.

For CiviCRM 4.4 the text of Email is in system workflow messages : Administrator => Communication => Message Template

And the Email Address is  from the "PCP configuration"  of Contribution page  ( Notify Email ).

For eg: you can see the "Notify Email" field here http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/contribute/pcp?reset=1&action=update&id=1
