Batch action not working
December 25, 2013, 07:05:44 pm
Hi, this is my first time install and use of CiviCRM 4.4.3 on Drupal 7. I got it going and imported some data.

I am having a problem which beats me and I am just unable to figure out the solution. When I do a search, select the names and try to apply an action from the drop down field, it does not work. I have tried all the actions but all I get is a screen refresh. What am I missing? Any help will be well appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Sushant

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately I do not understand the language on the demo site.

I use both advanced and basic search, and nothing seem to work. This is my third installation of CiviCRM to try to solve this problem but it still persists.

Thanks again

The language of the site can be changed.

Use your own site to work out how to navigate to Administration > Localization > Languages, Currency, Locations to make the change.

Thanks again.

On the demo site, when I search, select a name, then in the actions I select delete contact, when I click on go, I get a window asking for confirmation of deleting the contact. On my site I do not get this window.

Can you give more information about your installation?
Like PHP version,Apache version  or your installation on Windows server ?

Anyway guys, thanks for the assistance and time. I think I will have to abandon this operation, it has taken two days and several installations with the same exact outcome. This thread can be closed.
