Hi --

Is it possible to pre-fill the default contribution page amount using the URL?  For example, in renewal emails, we might know that John's last donation was $10 and Mary's last donation was $100, so we might want to make it so when John clicks on the donation link in his email, the contribution page would default to $10, but when Mary clicks on the donation link in her email, the contribution page would default to $100.

E.g.  Something like:  .../contribute/transact?reset=1&id=14&amount=10

I googled and read the manual high and low for a way to do that, but couldn't find it.   How would we do that, if so?
