Hi.  I'm experiencing some inconsistent behavior in how Fee Amounts are recorded for live credit card transactions.

If someone purchases a ticket to an event (with a price set) with a credit card online, the Fee Amount is set to zero.  However, if someone calls in and the credit card is processed through the back end, the Fee Amount is set to to total transaction amount.  This obviously makes it difficult to export transactions to accounting software as back-office transactions include an extraneous/incorrect line.

The problem does not occur with transactions that are not live-processed credit cards.

The problem does not apply to regular donations via credit card.  Since I don't have any single-price events, I can't be certain if the issue is caused by the fact that it's an event registration or the use of price sets.

I see from the issue navigator, that civiCRM does not capture a fee amount from authorize.net, but this shouldn't cause different amounts to be recorded depending how the card was processed, should it?

I suspect this is a bug, but it's also possible that I have something set up incorrectly.
