National Children's Charity Required CiviCRM Development for an Annual Conference Booking Form

We are a small national children's charity who run an annual conference in October. The conference is held in a hotel for about 400 including 187 children. We run a booking system from June to allow members to book rooms, creche and childcare and dinner dance. The accommodation can be for the Friday night or Saturday night or both.

We require a booking form integrated to our Joomla website and CiviCRM that records all the information required by the hotel, creche company and our head office. We require payment to be taken at booking or pay later with a deposit and balance 8 weeks before.

The booking form will be required to be used each year but be able to amend the prices and capacities.

We are looking for proposals from companies with a proven CiviCRM background preferably in Joomla and who have an established UK client base. We will require reference sites and examples of previous work. We require the form to be fully tested and ready to go live by June.
