Adding volunteer roles

I can't seem to find anywhere to add civivolunteer roles.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Administer > Administration Console > Volunteer Roles.

You'll find that link if you click the blue help icon on the "Define Volunteer Needs" screen.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.
