Hi there, maybe some of you nice folks can help me with a CiviCRM-related issue that I'm having.

When I fill out an offline contribution form via "Contributions->New Contribution" and check-off the "Send Receipt?" box, the output that ends up in the recipients in-box correctly displays all the relevant information.
This form makes use of the "Offline Receipt" template.

However, if I try to "Print or email contribution receipts" at a later time, the output that ends up in the recipients in-box or on my desktop is missing important information.
Fields such as "In-Kind" and "Notes" are completely missing. I know that this feature uses the "Online Receipt" template, which should output the same information as the "Offline Receipt" template.

Why won't both message templates display the same information, even though they both use the same model?
How can I make both message templates display the same information in a consistent way?

If we could resolve this issue I'm sure the solution will benefit many others.
