Multiple Choice Option data entry

As a fairly frequently used area by admins, it might be worth investing in improvements to the UX for entering option lists.

I find I typically want to default the Value to either the same as the Label or to a unique integer that has no particular meaning. Both could be automated with jQuery.

I find I typically want the Weight to be in the order that I enter them (current behaviour) or to make the labels end up alphabetized. Again, easy to do with some jQuery magic.

Attached are an image with these brainstormed ideas. Exact implementation details on behaviour would need to worked out.
