Possible bug in a profile related to an Event Booking

This event... https://civicrm.org/civicrm/event/register?id=365&reset=1 ...causes the error

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
Relationship already exists

Return to home page.
- this may be because of this profile.... https://civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group/update?action=update&id=54&context=group ...which is needed in order to capture which part of the event that the participant will be attending.  (I suspect this because this profile is only used for this event booking.)

Is this a bug in Profile processing, in that the event booking is trying to (somehow) create a relationship that already exists?

So I think the issue was with having the current employer field in a profile.

When there was already a current employer relationship existing it seemed to give the error mark mentioned.

Work around was to move the field to a separate profile and attach two profiles to the sign up process. Then worked correctly...

Mark perhaps you can see whether we have the same issue on the demo site?
