How can a group of people vote on approving (or not) an application?
January 14, 2014, 09:12:10 am
We use Civi to track people through a process of applying to be a Representative for our organisation in their country. When they have gone through all the stages, their application form, interview report etc. etc. are available for our Council members to see via a profile.

Where I'm stuck is finding out how the 12 or so different Council members can register their "Yes" or "No" and any comments they might have in a way that all other Council members can see.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Custom field set with multiple values, the fields in that set would be yes/no, evaluator, comment...

The interface might be a bit too clunky, but worth a try.

what CMS are you using as it may be easier to do things via that eg webform if drupal

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll investigate those options and report back. We're using Drupal so webform is a possibility. Thanks again!
