Error when manually renewing membership
January 14, 2014, 05:09:01 pm
My client is getting "DB Error: constraint violation" when she tries to renew a membership from the membership tab.  The member was in grace period.  I don't see anything odd about this membership, so I don't know what other information to provide.

Does anybody have any ideas where I can look?

You could start by creating a backtrace so you know in which PHP-file the error occurred. You can do this with 'Administer/System settings/Debugging and error handling'
