Use this if you want TinyMCE or FCKeditor to work inside CiviMail as you HTML composer.

Matt,

FYI, I'm working on the FCK part of your patch.  I figured out how to load templates and previous mailings and I'm just finishing up the preview part.  I'll attach the patch against http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-3002 when I'm finished.  It will be for 1.9 and 2.0.
