I update Civicrm from 4.2 to 4.3, but I error Retry and Skip
I deleted file templates_c and Config.IDS.ini but not update.
I see floder wp-content\plugins\files\civicrm\ConfigAndLog but no error message

I deleted Config.IDS.ini and floder templates_c after
I have edit mysql
USE <yourdatabasename>;
UPDATE civicrm_domain SET config_backend = null;
and empty table civicrm_setting,

and the upgrade has taken place works well.

If need update civicrm menu
