I have setup a form so users can create accounts in WordPress and there info go into CiviCRM for a members only section. I get the following after submission:

The WordPress User account is created & the CiviCRM contact info is either updated or added depending if the contact already exists. I just get these errors on the page after submission. Any ideas?
