Newb needs to know if I got this right??

Ok I just need to know if I'm understanding this correctly because I'm only the web guy, In our organization we are world wide but we have "chapters" in many states, some have more than one per state, i.e. Florida may have Orlando Chapter and Miami Chapter. Would I set these up as Households Under the parent organization and then the individuals would be within these households ?

I wouldn't use HH for your chapters unless you had found somem significant advantage of doing so.

I would set them up as Organisations - and use relationships to join the Chapters to their Parent organisations
