Need help with upgrade from 4.1.5
January 29, 2014, 01:22:05 am
Hi all,

I run CiviCRM 4.1.5. (multilanguage English/French) and I am not able to upgrade to the latest version: database integrity issues appears.

So I decided to make a duplicate of the production site. Then I tried to upgrade to a lower version than the latest one: with 4.2.0 I received a warning about "multiple memberships or multiple payments for a membership". I made a PDF of that, see attachement.

If I click "upgrade" I receive a very strange error: "DB:error - unknow error".

If I try to solve those "multiple payments" manually (I did it for the first ID): then this record stays in the list with the next try to upgrade.

I know that this installation of CiviCRM is not working properly (there are other errors concerning membership status who didn't change, wrong calculations about start and end date of membership, and since this year after a paiement with PayPal error warning about dates etc... etc... etc...). So I am completely tired of this and that's why I try to upgrade.

So I am looking for a solution: some specialist here, you are welcom to work with me on all those issues.

To be honnest: I am on the verge of a total disappointment how CiviCRM is doing for our association, the Association Zen Internationale in Paris with 1500 members. So I hope someone here can point me to the beginning of a solution.

Thank you in advance.
