Error on Widget Page

I am using drupal 7.26, Civicrm 4.4.3, PHP-FPM 5.3
When I first time create a campaign widget, it works fine. But If I make some changes in widget  and Click any of the button (Save, cancel, save & preview...) it throws an error and brings a blank page like here (screenshot).

If I use the widget code to create a page in drupal, also getting the same response (blank page) and the page is not saving.
Here is the error log from nginx

I've got a similar problem on Drupal 6 CiviCRM 4.4.2.

When I go to Save and Next from the widget page I get the following from my error page:

Permission denied error 403.

Requested page:
/civicrm/admin/contribute/widget

Referring URL:
http://www.my.domain/civicrm/admin/contribute/widget?reset=1&action=update&id=1

Anyone know about this?
