Event Setup Profile Defaults

Hello,

I'm attempting to fulfill a requirement such that when a new event is setup with online registration, four profiles are automatically set with default values. Using the buildForm hook, I'm able to set the profile defaults. However, only the first two are displayed unless the user clicks the "add profile" link next to the "Include Profile (bottom of page)" select list. What option(s) do I have to automatically set two extra profiles by default?
