Civimail Report basically empty (WordPress)
February 05, 2014, 07:23:27 am
I have a relatively new CiviCRM installation (4.4.3 running on WP 3.8.1). The first CiviMail mailing I sent out, all was well. The next two, I have gotten no useful information in the report (see attached screenshot). It reads as no tracked opens and no clickthroughs. I have the mail sent to an alternative address for myself, so I know at least *I* opened it, and more than one person replied to it, so that means *they* opened it. Zero clickthroughs is unlikely, but imaginable, however zero opens is just false. I can't recall changing any setting between the first and second mailings that might have caused this behavior, though I did change the base page in the CMS database integration page, yet it doesn't make sense to me that that setting would have this effect. Any thoughts?

it is ridiculous to ask you to confirm that the email was sent out with 'track clickthroughs' turned on - not sure if you can see this in the report or if you need to check in the db civicrm_mailing table

or i guess a simpler way to check is to just 'reuse' the email and step through to Step 2 and see if those options are checked

Yes, the track clickthroughs, etc. options are turned on.
