Experienced civicrm developer needed

We are a non profit, member-based, internation association based in Paris, we currently run CiviCRM 4.0.5 with Drupal Drupal 7.14
We are looking for an experienced civicrm developer to help us with the following tasks:
1.   Write and integrate a CiviCrm payment processor extension for the French CMCIC payment system (Cybermut)
2.   Upgrade Civicrm to its current version in order to be able to install CiviDiscount
3.   Implement the necessary hooks that would automatically adjust the discounts based on the country of residence of the user and other variables such as date of birth.
For more information please contact us via this forum and provide references of previous projects as well as cost estimations for the tasks described above

Hi,

Have you customised civi? the upgrade shouldn't be complicated.

cybermut: when I used it, like 15 years ago, we got the form on your site, was redirected to their site to enter the credit card. Is this still the same?

Could you post the complete description or mail them to me?
