CiviMail subscriptions not working at all in Drupal 6

Ive got a site running Drupal 6 and Civi 4.4.2

Basically mail opt outs and public mailing listings are just showing a white screen of death. All permissions seem OK.

Anyone else seen this sort of thing? Just wondering if its because its Drupal 6...
